im thinking of two, either the sixth mirror displacement for The Shining, or something less obvious like Marey. What do you think ? did Michael Eng mention a specific installation by him?
i'm thinking about using an installation by mary miss called "veiled landscape" or another one by her called "staged gates". the film i chose is antonioni's the passenger.
i picked up Antonioni's The Passenger - and would like to work on Cornelia Parker's "Cold Dark Matter" for the installation - need to find more info tho

I think I want use the Mary Miss installation but I want another day to research. The film I have chosen is "Nostalghia" by Tarkovsky.

The film I chose is Nostalghia by Tarkovsky, and i am still researching what installation I want to use.
i picked up Antonioni's The Passenger - still looking into an art installation piece - thinking about Richard Serra's work.
I'm going to be using Nostalghia, and thinking of using the Serra piece, but I'm not certain yet, maybe another will fit with the film better.
