I seem to be having trouble with uploading my video. I've tried compressing it several ways but it is too big for youtube and the blog. I will try again in class tomorrow, but in the mean time here are some thoughts on program...
Dan, I went to that website you recommended on metaphors. I found this quote by Friedrich Nietzsche: “He who will one day teach men to fly will have displaced all boundary stones; the boundary stones themselves will fly up into the air to him, and he will rebaptize the earth—as “the weightless.” An idea for a metaphor from this is The Boundary is Weightless.
As for program: Aquarium (ideas of containment) Park (boundaries set by nature) Airport Terminal Amphitheater (stage has no boundaries) Zoo
